How do I get my fishing boat behind the trailer
I do not prejudice the drive on full throtle or another way?

Full Throttle? Only if you miss taking a boat inside home at the rear of your vehicle towing.

Driving a boat on a trailer is perfectly acceptable regardless of what some have said here. Did it with our 25 'Cuddy Lodge for years without problem.

The key is whether the boat on the level of the trailer. Trailers dynamometer do a better job to do the half-cylinder heart / side and front / rear.

Driving on is usually best done in a 2 person operation. Why?The 2nd one, it is easier to hook the winch cable and tighten it and then Hanger chain security boat. Plus they can then jump into the tractor and drive yourself and the trailer / boat off the ramp ... slowly! If you even if it may be easier to use the line and crank the boat on the trailer.

Either on disk or via the winch is to you and the conditions that you face. There is nothing that says one way is preferred over another or that you can not use both methods.

I'm scribble literary works a story with 1800s ish level of technology. ie. Sails not motors. Wooden hulls, not fiberglass. etc

In my allegory, the protagonist is a fisherman (him and his crew uses nets) and he has just returned to shore with a huge disadvantage.

How many fish would have been considered a 'Huge Catch" for your average 1800s fishing net boat. I've tried researching old fishing boats but I can't find any earnest information.
