What's the best way to affix gear in a canoe?

I am a contemporary of my father's canoe in the Boundary Waters for a week. I have been canoeing before, but not on such a trip. We have two dry bags filled 115L equipment and have heard many people the link at the bottom of the canoe for better stability and buoyancy, etc., but only sometimes. We're not going white water rafting, but we have 5 small sets of RAPD. Here are the questions I have:
1.) When do you tie the bags, and when do they stop you untied
2.) Where should they be placed? Center, or in front, one in the back?
3.) What is the best method of tying them in?

Are there any relevant information I need to know about this? Thank you!

I'm affluent canoeing with my dad in the Boundary Waters for a week. I've been canoeing before, but not on a trip like this. We have two 115L dry bags full of gear and I've heard that many people tie them to the inside of of the canoe for better stability and bouyancy etc,, but only sometimes. We aren't going whitewater rafting but we do have 5 small sets of rapds. So here are the questions I have:
1.) When do you tie the bags down, and when do you flit them untied
2.) Where should they be placed? Center, or one in the front, one in the back?
3.) What is the best method for tying them in?

Is there any other relevant info I need to grasp about this subject? Thanks!

1) always have them tied down
2) where ever they can expropriate trim of canoe
3) tied to boat so there is no loose cord to catch legs or hamper canoeist if you go over! they do not have to be tied down to bar movement just to be attached to canoe

I made $ 7 in fees last four hours of jumping power to the motor car (I can use or PDB Burgertime for very long on confidence in), while Tim most of the time he went out on homes willing Zookeeper-munchers and QIX. I always hope to see a Steve Wiebe-esque feature inconvenient to get to the coup de gr camouflage on Donkey Kong, but even if there was a guy who has dominated this device every afternoon, he not seem to break records.Sunday was pretty laid-back, with a vision of unaccompanied Inglorious Basterds (which I found witty, if a slight Tatty in places) and body exercise. Monday was the big day, as low key not things have turned birthday parties go, I went to use my birthday for the first interval of four years, had a delicious lunch with a few pieces of work colleagues , responded to calls and Facebook messages throughout the day, and ended up being treated to a dinner engagement with Sarah at the Afghan restaurant in Cambridge, Helmand.(We planned to hit the tavern rakes in Mill's fate, but the means of transportation in Boston was so awful - perhaps akin to pretending Pats? - What we got off the Interstate as quickly as we could, grabbed a few drinks at the extent of our friends Dante and moved to Helmand, a pleasure....
