I plan to keep the boat known as the Water Safari Texas in mid-June and is known as "The Worlds Toughest Canoe Marathon.

Just a few comments on the race ........

260 miles, San Marcos to Seadrift
known for alligators, alligator gar 100 pounds, boar, snake and boring hallutionations
best time ever 29 hours
It is estimated that 56% ended in all years

This is my first year to compete effigy and my 2 friends and a parent have a goal just to finish within the limit of 100 hours.There are about 2 months the money race, and I need some advice on training, what to bring (food, clothing, equipment, etc.) and what to expect (from all finishers former Texas Water Safari).

Even if you do not have a canoe / kayak experience, I need to know estimated my liquid / prog calories per hour. Everyone in training can give me advice on what to do please.
