What's the best kayak for a 250lb man with a 100lb dog?

I am desperate for help finding the right kayak. I weigh 250 pounds and I want to take my German shepherd with me, who weighs about 100 pounds.

Any system which is a good kayak? I'll be in the Pittsburgh area in Pennsylvania kayaking on rivers and streams (not whitewater).

There are plenty of kayaks that will work for you and your dog. Keep in mind it will take some out for the dog to get used to being in the boat, and you capsize in early May, but you can get beyond time. Watching a 145T Wilderness Systems Pungo. It is a round, open kayak, tandem, 27 "wide, so it's fairly stable, and less than 15 'supported, so it runs farely well. Weight capacity is 400 pounds if you're covered. You should be able to find a pretty penny.

Perception Acadia II is another great recreational kayak cockpit, and its weight capacity is 650 pounds. Inhibit www.paddling.net and review their boat guides for more options. A boat is a great privilege, and to keep in mind that you can paddle the canoe with a kayak paddle easily. I recommend finding a store in your kayak width that will allow you to demo some boats and see where it handles well for you.Have fun!

I am flying from Boston, MA to Marseille, France. I found a bevy of quail on kayak.com on Lufthansa (German) airline:
