We decided to go down the Guadalupe River rich lower this weekend. The website he has class I and II rapids. Will I need to market a skirt of my kayak or will I be OK without one?

Looking for a spray skirt for my Old Town Otter Kayak?

I am looking for a butter skirt for my Old Town Otter Kayak, I have looked at many on eBay. But most just say S,M,L, or XL but don't say what the dimensions are.

I am looking at a Harmony Elite II, but unsure what enormousness I need in this spray skirt.

Old Burgh makes skirts for their boats, the size you need from their line is a 3.9:

2. I took a sea kayaking tutoring on Saturday from the UC Aquatic Center . Scholastic underlying strokes, a few rescues, etc. I enjoyed it (uniquely the few minutes in which we went facing the breaks of the marina and rode a few waves) enough to regard as about buying their last tempered to kayak for $300. (Without considering saying you should positively, assuredly try out many kayaks before buying one, the trainer also said I could smoothly resell this for more than I would pay for it.) My apply to is that I'm too inactive to go kayaking with any predictability.I ignored several outdoor sports (kayaking, cycling, set a person back on his climbing, ice climbing, skiing, snowboarding, fly fishing, basically any show that not respond / hiking) for years and considered "utensils Techie dork" sports, it was GIST of the instrument rather than man. Part of me loves the lure of low / no-occupation control mechanism that does not lead, but part of me thinks that I am honest inactive. I can only just get out the door to go event, and all you have to do this is to change your shorts.If I had to put the kayak on the market, tie down, prod the marina, put on a wetsuit, a skirt and snug jacket before I begin, I'd never start. Part of me thinks he is of unsound mind having to compel Tahoe to be able to make a mock (all on the snow) and I can not get my eldest son in order to "be in "entertainment where you can find the opportunity to do 6 times a year or more. The other part of me thinks I should get over it, and it would be rad to kayak around the Sliding Baja.
