What is a good Kayak for camping with?

Im looking for a kayak that is a matter that can accommodate camping supplies for several days. Essentially the weekend camping trips. But the thing is that I have a small car so I was hoping to find one that was about 10 feet. 12ft will be fine too I think.

Do you also sit on a wet-on-top kayak as you do it in a sit-in? I have to go to northern Michigan in the fall, so that water will be cold.

Sit-on-top kayaks are for tropical waters, not northern Michigan, which is totally NOT what you want. They do not have the storage you need for camping gear.
