Kayak Trailer suggestions?

I due bought a new car. I checked with Thule and Yakima, and they do not have roof racks for my car (yet). I am a philosopher of getting a trailer, kayaking - even if they are possibly the roof bars for my car, getting my 16 'kayak on top of my old car was becoming a wound in my back! Any suggestions for a kayak trailer? There seems to have as many choices online, I can not decide.

You can probably get a Yakima or Thule harass your car if you're ready to mount a track to the roof of your car. The towers then clip the track rather than on your door frames. I got tracks installed on my car, even if they realize clips jamb reference to it, and I'm glad I did. The rack feels for solids. The bars can be mounted over the side (good for sea kayaks). It is very easy to attach and remove the rack, and it does not scratch the car as the door clips.

Does anyone recollect of any companies that make TRAILERS WHICH ARE TRAILED BEHIND YOUR KAYAK AS YOU FLOAT. I dont mean a kayak trailer for your car, but one for extra gear and rot while on the river. I really need one thanks! :)

If you desideratum extra gear in your kayak, you need a bigger kayak, or perhaps a canoe. No: There are no trailers for your kayak. The drag on your boat for a towable would make paddling vile. When people in kayaks need to haul more "stuff," they get bigger kayaks.
